Policies

Check-In time: 14:00 Hrs. & Check-Out time: 12:00 Noon.

  • Room inventory/category is subject to availability. Upgrades are on chargeable basis.
  • Photo IDs for all the occupants is required. Valid photo IDs are Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter’s ID or Passport. If a guest is a foreign national, it is mandatory to present passport and visa details. In absence of the above mentioned details the guest will be refused for the room.
  • Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms.
  • Kindly share Company GST & Pan card details, without the details we will be unable to prepare the invoice in the favor of company.
  • Please ensure the maximum usage of your In-room Safe Deposit Locker for your valuables. The Hotel Management is not responsible for any theft or loss during your stay.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse check-in for a guaranteed booking without refund, in case a valid photo ID proof with address for all occupants is not provided at the time of check-in as per government guidelines.
  • As per the hotel policy smart casuals/formals to be worn during the meals in the restaurant.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
  • Arms & Ammunitions of all kinds are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  • Reservation Voucher is required in hard/soft copy at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellation charges, if cancelled 48 hrs. prior to the date of check-in. After this time, full retention applicable.
